The role will report to the Director of Growth and support the team in the ambitious growth plans. The Growth Lead will help drive the business's long-term growth through a nuanced approach to performance marketing focusing on Meta and Google.
As our Growth Lead (Acquisition) you’ll be responsible for driving new customer acquisition with a primary focus on Meta and Google whilst being ready to launch channels such as TikTok. You’ll be in Ads Manager everyday, and lead on the creative process with our in house creative team, brainstorming new ideas, iterating on existing ideas, generating best in class D2C creative.
You’ll work with the Growth Manager on supporting channels, such as Inserts, Podcasts, Affiliates, whilst inputting on our Conversion Rate Optimization process.
Reporting weekly on strategy, performance & learnings to the wider management team comes as standard, as well as ongoing work with attribution and incrementality testing.
This is a cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Product, Tech, Analytics and Creative. You need to build strong partnerships with your stakeholders to drive your projects forward.
You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving and data driven environment, you'll be a key player contributing to the growth of the company. Our Growth team is a small team with a big impact and motivation, so a proactive attitude is a must!
