As our Growth Lead (Retention) you’ll be responsible for driving retention in the first 3 months of our customer’s journey with KatKin. You will be reporting to the Head of Retention, and this is a new and exciting role in the team!
Responsibilities include creating a 5* trial experience for key segments, educating customers on the benefits of feeding fresh and driving loyalty through gamification and account usage. You'll mix creativity and data to optimise the customer journey, intuitively understand customers’ problems and feelings to drive long-term retention.
This is a cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Product, Tech, Analytics, Creative and Customer Experience. You need to build strong partnerships with your stakeholders to drive your projects forward. You’ll also run workshops and focus groups, both internally to generate ideas, and with external cat parents to get into the minds of our customers.
You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving and data driven environment, you'll be a key player contributing to the growth of the company. Our Growth team is a small team with a big impact and motivation, so a proactive attitude is a must!
