Supply Chain Analyst

We are looking for an energetic person to handle the day to day function of our supply chain. The right candidate will have effective communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational ability, enjoy problem solving and have the zeal to continuously improve our supply chain processes as we grow. This role will be responsible for handling the day to day functions of all areas of our supply chain including purchasing, supplier controls, logistics and warehousing. This is a great chance to work in a fast paced environment and help build a data driven, scalable and lean world class supply chain.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers and proactively communicate to ensure on-time delivery, demand visibility and to resolve any issues
- Create visibility for the team on future orders, delivery schedule and cash flow implications using ERP system
- Establish and maintain Supplier records and agreements
- Manage logistics for all products from suppliers to 3PL locations
- Maintain manufacturing records per medical device requirements
- Manage fulfillment and inventory storage operations at 3PL locations
- Establish and use ERP workflows for all procurement activities
- Automate and optimize product ordering cycle based on lead times, cost breaks, future demand and inventory on hand
- Constantly manage & monitor inventory health, identifying problem areas and driving appropriate actions to achieve inventory targets
- Recommend how to improve supply planning systems and processes to achieve greater efficiency & scale in order to drive implementation & adoption of new capabilities
- Partner with Finance to understand the upcoming business drivers as critical inputs into the supply planning process and to help guide future inventory and replenishment performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience
- Highly collaborative approach and able to work with cross functional teams
- High level of comfort working with spreadsheets and numbers
- Prior experience working with an ERP system a plus
- Excellent problem solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels within the organization

The salary range for this role is $64,900 - $89,900 + bonus + equity.
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and business needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
