We’re on the lookout for a data-driven Director of Growth Marketing to join our growing marketing team. In this role you will use your extensive experience leveraging both online and offline marketing channels to drive new customer acquisition and customer retention. You will be both a player and coach to an established in-house team as you scale the business while maintaining the highest degrees of brand integrity. You’ll play a key role in Katalyst’s success transforming the health and fitness industry.

What you’ll do:
- Develop new and scale existing customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive ecommerce growth
- Lead and mentor growth marketing team to achieve consistent, profitable new customer growth optimizing towards consumers cohorts who routinely deliver high LTVs
- Collaborate alongside the broader Brand Management team to build and scale performance marketing creative engine as well as broader integrated marketing campaigns
- Partner with the leadership team to set benchmarks, refine analytics dashboards, and design roadmaps to achieve company-wide strategic objectives
- Develop and manage the annual growth marketing budget and, in collaboration with FP&A, adjust plans monthly based upon realized return on investment
- Work alongside our hardware and software product teams to develop and enhance our content management system and customer data platform, driving improvements in on-site conversion rates through more personalized and tailored experiences
- Design marketing experiments and leverage technology to enable Katalyst to scale otherwise hard-to-measure marketing channels
- Identify, investigate, and test emerging high-potential channels that allow Katalyst to reach broader audiences while maintaining overall marketing efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive set, as well as industry-leading brands, and identify growth gaps for Katalyst to pursue
- Be an example for the company in implementing a data-driven culture
- Enhance Katalyst’s position as a leader in health and wellness space by cultivating a world-class organic search content strategy
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of performance marketing experience, leading both internally built online and offline marketing teams
- Successfully scaled annual marketing spend while maintaining or exceeding KPIs
- Proven experience developing and scaling new programs, as well as monitoring and refining existing programs, to meet the company’s objectives, strategies, and forecasts
- Understanding of or experience in subscription services
- Eager to work in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment
- Ready to wield your unparalleled analytical skills to establish priorities and communicate expectations
- Someone who has established credibility through vision, thought leadership, technical expertise, and implementation
- Ability to problem solve and find creative solutions for ambiguous problems

The salary range for this role is $155,900 - 194,900 + bonus + equity.
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and business needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
