Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Review and drive SOP’s for all fulfillment center operations - receiving, packaging, storage, fulfillment and return handling
• Manage fulfillment and inventory storage operations at 3PL locations
• Track delivery status of all products from suppliers to warehouse
• Partner with logistics brokerage companies to facilitate movement of product from manufacturers to warehouses
• Ensure every product shipment includes necessary documentation required medical device standards
• Drive inventory audits, with clear reporting on outcomes of audits

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelors or Masters in business or supply chain management
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel

• Experience working with previous work in logistics & fulfillment
