Your mission
The Event Manager will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing our global events marketing strategies to support our growth goals. The primary focus will be to plan, coordinate, and execute all logistics across engaging events that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and foster strong relationships with both our Community (ethical hackers) and Commercial (ICP) audiences. This will include the start-to-end management of Intigriti-hosted events (i.e. roundtable dinners, networking events) as well as sponsored industry conferences. Primary focus on external events, with some support as needed for internal events.

The Event Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, adherence to deadlines, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives. This role will include global travel.
What you’ll be doing
End-to-end Event Planning and Execution:
  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and Intigriti-hosted events for both the Community and Commercial audiences.
  • Continue to evolve existing event roadmap (i.e. what engaging activities can we do at our stand to attract more quality leads?) and identify new events that meet our strategic goals.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, marketing invites to provide sales teams, booth setup, merchandise, catering, and post-event evaluations.
  • Promote speakers, sessions and key event highlights through various channels.
  • Liaise with merchandisers and create a list of 'preferred' suppliers.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide template for running events that others can use internally.
Brand Representation:
  • Ensure the brand is accurately represented at all events, maintaining a consistent and positive brand image.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop event-specific marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Lead Generation:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition at events.
  • Develop and maintain events page on the website.
  • Implement lead capture processes and follow-up procedures to maximize lead conversion, including ensuring all leads captured from events are imported into Salesforce and tracked using appropriate campaign naming.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other marketing teams to align event strategies with overall business goals.
  • Support the commercial team with sponsorship and exhibition sales campaigns.
  • Liaise with regional teams to ensure collaboration and cohesion across markets.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
