Your mission
The People Operations Generalist oversees the day-to-day People Operations and is responsible for the successful execution of People processes and technologies to drive an efficient and optimal employee experience, while ensuring adherence to labour regulations.
What you’ll be doing
  • Ensure an optimal employee experience and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Ensure a smooth employee onboarding and offboarding, from offer acceptance to frictionless offboarding.
  • Design, monitor and improve People processes and technologies.
  • Oversee the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and implement People policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures (payrolling), bonus programs, and health and welfare benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze People metrics and provide regular reports on People operations and trends.
  • Manage People projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on People related issues in their scope.
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in People operations, with at least 2 years in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thorough understanding of People/HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships within all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing People policies and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze People metrics and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
