Your mission
As our Community Manager you will drive the sustainable expansion of a community while fostering meaningful engagement and satisfaction among its members. This requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the target audience and community dynamics. Here at Intigriti having an Online Community with the vision of expansion, it is crucial to have a person dedicated to all initiatives and projects related to nurture, engage and expand our hacking community.
What you’ll be doing
1. Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members through various channels such as social media, forums, events, and in-person meetings. This involves responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and fostering positive relationships.

2. Support: Provide resources, guidance, articles and support to community members to help them achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and maximize their participation and contribution.

3. Content Creation: Develop engaging content tailored to the interests and needs of the community. This might include writing blog posts, creating social media updates, designing graphics, or producing videos.

4. Event Planning: Organize and coordinate community events, meetups, workshops, or webinars to facilitate connections among community members and promote the organization's goals or initiatives.

5. Communication: Serve as a spokesperson for the organization within the community, conveying its mission, values, and objectives clearly and effectively.

6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from community members to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns. Relay this information to relevant internal stakeholders to inform decision-making and improve services and programs.

7. Moderation: Monitor community discussions and interactions to ensure they align with the organization's guidelines and standards. Address any inappropriate behavior or conflicts in a timely and respectful manner.

8. Networking: Build relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and partners within the community to enhance collaboration opportunities and expand the organization's reach and impact.

9. Analytics and Reporting: Track relevant metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of community engagement efforts. Generate regular reports outlining key insights and recommendations for improvement.

10. Swagstore Management: Responsible for managing all aspects of the swag store, including inventory management, product selection, marketing campaigns, customer service, and fulfillment to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for customers that make the hackers actually want to wear/use our cool items.
What you’ll bring
  • Has strong experience in Cyber Security Community by working close with hackers/researchers.
  • Has worked in the past as Business Developer or Customer Support/Success for B2C Clients.
  • Excellent Skills in Writing/Talking English.
  • Excellent Skills in SoMe Management: Content Creation, Copy Writing, Replying, Engaging people.
  • Project Management & Familiar with Asana/Trello or similar tools for PM.
  • Familiar with Discord Management.
  • Excellent G-Suite / Office Experience.
  • Outgoing.
  • Content Writing for Blogs/Articles/Knowledge base.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Team Player.
