Your mission
As the SDR manager, your focus is to develop and manage a first-class Sales Development team.
You are an excellent people manager who thrives at coaching a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) to hit their targets consistently and predictably. Your team is responsible for qualifying inbound but predominantly creating outbound opportunities across verticals and target markets to build the pipeline to support our Account Executives (AE’s).

This role is hybrid, with 3 days per week spent on site at our London Office (Old Street).
