The Opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate attribution tracking and analytics across all our platforms. Your responsibilities will span from writing code that tracks events and matches cookies in browsers to working on high-level data governance with our Growth Data Lead. Your work will empower our growth team leaders to make data-informed decisions about ad spend, ultimately influencing how many individuals with ADHD we can reach. This is a hands-on, highly analytical, and impactful role that drives Inflow's growth. We are especially interested in hearing from candidates who bring extensive experience in Adtech/Martech and practical knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Meta/Facebook Attribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain data quality and data governance for incoming user interaction data
- Collaborate with other engineers and the Growth Data Lead to seamlessly track users across our mobile and web applications, including specialized browsers like the Meta built-in browser, React Native embedded browser, and third-party sites and services, both authenticated and unauthenticated
- Ensure accurate reporting of conversion events using Google Tag Manager and meta-attribution
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience in Adtech/Martech
- 1+ year of experience with Google Tag Manager and Meta/Facebook Attribution
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems within a business context while maintaining attention to detail.
- Technical undergraduate degree (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Natural Sciences) or equivalent achievement demonstrating strong mathematical and analytical reasoning
Bonus Requirements
- Experience with Native iOS development
- Knowledge of lower-level browser workings (contributions to frameworks or libraries directly on the browser API)
- Ethical hacking and cybersecurity experience
- Data engineering experience
