The Opportunity
The Head of Growth Products will play a pivotal role in driving Inflow's mission forward by building and optimizing buyer products that enhance distribution, generate buyer trust, improve value perception, and ultimately drive conversions. You will lead a high-performance team, collaborating closely with various departments, and spearheading the creation and management of key buyer products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performance team dedicated to optimizing conversion rates, refining funnel performance, and innovating monetization strategies
- Establish advanced product management and experimentation processes, leading by example for other Product Managers
- Develop and articulate conversion strategies, designing an array of buyer products that underpin these strategies – encompassing user diagnosis tools, ADHD quizzes, data collection mechanisms, checkout processes, paywalls, plan configurators, personalization features, landing pages, and more
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Growth and Growth Data Lead, jointly strategizing and executing monetization experiments
- Skillfully orchestrate and fine-tune conversion paths from diverse organic and paid channels to drive trial sign-ups
- Work closely with the Acquisition team to align on growth metrics, refining go-to-market strategies, overcoming challenges, sharing valuable insights, and unearthing untapped opportunities
- Coordinate with the Product team to ensure a seamless user journey from buyer to paid member, upholding elevated product management standards and contributing to the overarching product strategy
- Monitor, analyze, and report on funnel performance, regularly updating stakeholders on progress, results, insights, and the roadma
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a Growth Product Management role at an early-stage high-growth startup
- 3+ years of experience focusing on funnel optimization and pricing strategies
- Experience working for a direct-to-consumer (D2C) healthtech subscription product
- Experience in leading a team of engineers and design resources
- Proven successful collaboration with acquisition/marketing teams
- Highly structured, data-driven, and analytical mindset
- Strong product thinking and effective product management skills
- Ability to formulate conversion strategies and create outstanding buyer products, including tests, quizzes, configurators, sales funnels, landing pages, etc.
- Proficiency in experimentation, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and pricing strategies
- Technical acumen to work on complex features and systems such as billing, analytics, user profiles, data collection, and personalization
- Capability to establish and implement effective product management processes and systems for delivery, QA, experimentation, prioritization, analysis, and crisis management
Bonus Requirements
- Familiarity with Product Led Marketing
- Good understanding of the MarTech ecosystem
- Knowledge of jobs-to-be-done theory, user psychology, market and user research
- Experience in managing other Product Managers
- Background in Marketing and Engineering
