The Role
The role of this Technical Account Manager is to service and grow programmatic revenues
with a primary focus on our DSP, Hawk. The role will work within a team of programmatic
specialists to ensure that Azerion technologies are seen as market-leading solutions for
clients and brands in the UK and beyond. This role requires someone with a strong knowledge
of the programmatic ecosystem, where our technologies fit and how they differ to other
solutions in the market. A proactive, curious, and growth-driven mindset is integral to this role.
We will require the candidate to be able to work with internal teams and be a lead figure to
other, more junior members of the team.
Job Responsibilities
You will be collaborating with all departments to help deliver against client and company
objectives. You will have a deep understanding of Azerion’s & Hawk’s range of solutions and
be able to apply them to clients’ varying challenges and objectives.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
• Servicing existing self-serve clients through our DSP, Hawk
• Growing spends and diversifying product adoptions within agency-trading desks
• Evangelising Azerion technologies and identifying new, incremental opportunities for
adoption within existing clients
• Troubleshooting and working with agency partners to ensure the smooth running of
campaigns
• Demonstrating the platform to external partners to help drive new MSAs and new
feature adoption
• Identifying and driving upweight opportunities
• Reporting on activity for selected and pre-agreed SAAS partners
• Conducting frequent business reviews, PCAs with agency partners to review existing
activity
• Identifying opportunities to embed new products within existing partners
• Ensuring that partners are kept abreast of product and platform updates
• Presenting new and relevant opportunities both internally and externally
• Understanding all partners we can work with within the ecosystem and maintaining
healthy relationships with these partners
• Creating efficiencies in buying strategies
• Monitoring spends across all partners to ensure commercial efficiencies
• Identifying and communicating any technological feedback that will help to shape
our product roadmap
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 3+ years of similar experience in programmatic/online account
• management
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• A fast learner who is interested in developing their programmatic knowledge
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Keen eye for detail
• Passionate about digital media and keen to learn more about the industry
• Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple functions
• Someone who can communicate exceptionally with internal teams and external
clients
• Strong analytical abilities and confident with the use of data
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently
• Self-motivated, professional, proactive and fun!
• Must be fluent in English
