The Role:
We are seeking an accomplished, strategic, and people-first Senior Director of Client Services to lead and scale our Client Services organization. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple regions, driving client retention, revenue growth, and margin health across a significant book of business.
Working in close partnership with Sales, Product, Operations, and Planning leadership, the Senior Director of Client Services sets direction for service delivery, account growth strategy, and organizational effectiveness. This leader serves as a senior internal and external ambassador for Client Services, ensuring exceptional client outcomes while aligning team performance with company-wide goals.

You bring advanced strategic thinking, financial acumen, and executive-level communication skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at stakeholder alignment, and are passionate about building high-performing, scalable teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping organizational strategy, mentoring leaders, and driving measurable business impact through client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own executive relationships across a portfolio of tier-one and strategic clients, driving retention, growth, and long-term partnerships.
- Serve as executive sponsor on key accounts, supporting complex negotiations, renewals, and escalations.
- Lead development and execution of annual and long-range account plans aligned to client goals and company strategy.
- Set standards for business reviews, strategic planning, and client education to ensure quality and consistency.
- Build and evolve scalable Client Services frameworks, processes, and operating models.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Planning to improve proposals, pricing, forecasting, and delivery.
- Ensure clear, actionable reporting on revenue, retention, performance, and service quality.
- Anticipate and resolve high-impact client and delivery risks; act as senior escalation point.
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team, building strong culture, succession, and leadership bench.
Experience and Skills Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in an adtech, media, or agency environment
- Proven experience leading multiple teams, pods, or regions with direct people management responsibility
- Strong expertise in client services leadership, account growth strategy, and revenue ownership
- Advanced understanding of media planning, forecasting, pricing models, and margin management
- Demonstrated success in change management, organizational design, and stakeholder alignment
- Exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong executive storytelling, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across disciplines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Jira

Salary Expectations:
$165,000 base + bonus (salary negotiable based on experience)
