The Role:
Junior Programmatic Traders at Azerion are detail-oriented individuals eager to develop their skills in the programmatic advertising space. Working closely with senior team members, you will support the setup, management, and optimization of programmatic campaigns. This role is perfect for someone looking to deepen their analytical expertise while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Supporting Campaign Management:
- Assisting in the creation and setup of campaigns within our DSPs (Xandr, DV360, The Trade Desk)
- Monitoring campaign performance and supporting optimization efforts to meet client KPIs
- Aiding in the preparation of performance reports and media insights
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and timely service
Assisting with Campaign Setup and Execution:
- Trafficking creatives
- Implementing pixels and tracking codes
- Creating and maintaining reporting templates
- Deploying audience segments and supporting targeting initiatives
Operational Support:
- Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving campaign issues
- Contributing to post-campaign analysis and insight presentations
- Identifying incremental revenue opportunities alongside senior traders
- Participating in strategic client meetings and internal briefings
- Communicating with commercial and product teams to relay capabilities, market needs, and feedback
Business KPIs:
- Campaign Support Efficiency: Timely and accurate campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting.
- Campaign Performance: Assisting in meeting and exceeding client KPIs through optimization support.
- Media Cost Efficiency: Aiding in achieving cost-effective media spending in line with campaign goals.
Key Requirements:
● 1-2 years’ experience in programmatic campaign management or a related digital advertising role
● Basic familiarity with DSP platforms, preferably Xandr (Appnexus), DV360, or The Trade Desk
● Demonstrated analytical skills with a keen willingness to further develop optimization expertise
● Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level
● Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
● Previous experience in a client-facing environment (agency or direct client) is a plus
● Exposure to data presentation, with experience in BI tools (e.g., Power BI) or SQL considered a bonus
