For our Legal team in İstanbul we are looking for a new team member to join as Legal Counsel.

• Negotiation and drafting of variety of commercial agreements.
• Advising on legal issues and risks for the company and execute on any solutions.
• Regulatory monitoring.

• LLB degree in Law in / or outside Turkey.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Core experience in (one of) the focus areas of law.
• A proactive approach.
• You are tech-savvy and / or have experience in IT-law.
• Experience in M&A is a plus.
• 2+ years work experience in a leading law-firm and / or corporate company.
• The ability to explain or simplify legal matters in an understandable way for customers, partners and the relevant company departments.
