Responsibilities

• Runs needs analysis workshops to gather and document client requirements
• Translates client requirements into a clear, structured implementation plan
• Configures each client's nCino instance in line with documented requirements
• Conducts system walkthroughs with clients to demonstrate configured functionality and confirm it meets their needs
• Manages change requests raised during onboarding, assessing impact on scope and timeline before incorporating changes into the build
• Partners with Sales and Account Management on client handover and expectation setting
• Liaises with API Integration teams where a client's implementation requires system integrations beyond core configuration
• Acts as the client's guide from discovery through to a fully configured, live system
  
  

Desired

• 2+ years relevant experience
• Understanding of JSON files
• Attention to detail,
• Good people skills
• Ability to extract information out of customers
• Understanding of FICA
