nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking.

As a Marketing Project Manager on our Marketing Operations team, you’ll own the systems and processes that keep nCino’s full marketing engine running. You’ll run end-to-end project timelines across Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, Events, Content, and Marketing Ops, proactively surfacing risks before they become problems and maintaining real-time visibility across the portfolio. You will also govern our cross-functional team workflows and project management tool, Wrike, to improve team collaboration and efficiency.

Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Operations, you’ll sit at the intersection of every marketing function. You’re not just keeping the trains on the tracks — you’re improving the rail system. nCino’s marketing organization moves fast in a complex B2B environment, and this role gives you the scope to build process from scratch, sharpen what already exists, and make a visible impact on how the team operates.

Overall Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project management across special initiatives and integrated campaign timelines spanning demand gen, events, content, and creative for the Marketing Team (primarily U.S. and EMEA-based marketing team members)
  • Real-time visibility into project status — proactively identifying blockers and resolving them before they escalate
  • Cross-functional stakeholder alignment across marketing and with Sales, Customer Success, Regional and Partner leaders
  • Documentation and continuous improvement of cross-functional workflows and handoffs across the marketing organization, including auditing, optimizing, and governing our project management processes within Wrike
  • Agency and vendor management: clear scoping, on-time delivery, and quality accountability

Experience

  • 5+ years in project management, marketing operations, or a related discipline — ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment without losing the details
  • Proven track record of building or improving project management processes, not just executing inside existing ones

Tools & Systems

  • Hands-on experience with project management platforms (Wrike or similar) for workflow and capacity management
  • Curiosity about emerging AI tools and MarTech AI capabilities — and a proactive approach to applying them to improve team processes and your own work
  • Familiarity with Salesforce — you understand how marketing campaigns and data flow through a CRM, even if you’re not configuring it daily

Communication & Collaboration

  • Clear, concise communicator — you can translate complexity into plain language in a status update, a stakeholder meeting, or a project brief
  • You don’t just participate in conversations, you initiate them — especially when there’s a risk, a gap, or an opportunity worth naming
  • Comfortable holding stakeholders accountable across functions without being adversarial about it

Mindset

  • Proactive and solutions-oriented — you flag problems early and bring options, not just escalations
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: you thrive inside structure but adapt quickly when priorities shift
  • High ownership mentality — you run your workstream, you don’t wait to be managed

What Will Give You An Edge

  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification
  • Experience managing integrated campaign timelines that span demand gen, content, events, and creative
  • Background working alongside or managing creative, content, or demand gen agencies

Additional Requirements

  • Working hours: 10am-6pm to provide overlap with EMEA and US time zones
