As our Business Development Representative for Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, you’ll drive pipeline, open doors with financial institutions, and help accelerate growth across some of the world’s most exciting banking markets.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated BDR to step into a high‑visibility, high‑impact role. You’ll shape our go‑to‑market approach, build net‑new pipeline from scratch, influence messaging across diverse cultures, and directly contribute to our APAC growth.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive full‑cycle outbound prospecting into financial institutions across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads from marketing, website inquiries, partner channels, and events
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities by initiating conversations, uncovering business challenges, and aligning them with our value proposition
- Conduct detailed account, industry, and market research - especially important where data sources require creative sourcing
- Understand banking terminology, processes, and sector trends to engage meaningfully with decision‑makers
- Tailor and refine persona‑based messaging for each geography and segment
- Execute phone, email, video, and social outreach using Salesloft, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Lead initial discovery discussions and schedule high‑quality product demos for the Sales team
- Build early relationships and nurture prospects through the funnel
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre‑Sales, and Marketing on campaigns, events, and regional strategies
- Maintain excellent pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and use dashboards and reports to manage targets
- Lead short-term projects that support the overall success of the APAC Sales & Marketing team
Ideally, You’ll Have/Be:
- 2+ years of sales or BDR experience (financial services strongly preferred)
- Hunter mentality — you thrive on creating pipeline, opening doors, and driving new business
- Understanding of banking language and concepts — you’re comfortable engaging with financial institutions
- Independent and self‑sufficient
- Cultural awareness and adaptability across Asian markets
- Sydney‑based, with the ability to work 3 days per week from our Martin Place office
- Experience selling into APAC financial institutions.
- Background working with Salesforce (especially dashboards), ZoomInfo, 6sense, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator.
