As Regional Vice President, EMEA, you will be at the forefront of nCino's mission to reshape how financial institutions operate. Based in London, you will drive net-new sales to European financial institutions while expanding revenue within nCino's existing customer base — playing a pivotal role in our continued growth across the region.
This is more than a sales role. You will serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives at some of Europe's leading financial institutions, challenging the status quo and positioning nCino's cloud banking platform as the transformative solution they need. Your work directly accelerates nCino's ability to make an extraordinary impact on an industry ripe for change.

What You'll Do
- Identify and target prospective nCino customers within your geographic territory and market segment
- Challenge prospective customers to consider a new and innovative approach to financial services technology
- Drive opportunities through qualification and closure, maintaining a pipeline sufficient to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- Develop a strong nCino brand presence within your territory
- Use a consultative approach to identify client needs and apply detailed knowledge of the nCino solution and the Salesforce.com platform to fulfil those needs
- Manage complex sales cycles with new customers — mapping decision-making and approval processes, compressing timelines, negotiating contracts, and closing business
- Identify prospective customer 'mobilisers' and build consensus among key stakeholders
- Work effectively with inside sales partners and marketing to drive a consistent message in the marketplace
- Expand nCino's presence within existing clients by maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partnering with our Customer Success team to drive adoption
- Sell newly released nCino products and offerings to existing customers
- Proven success in software sales with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to challenge executive decision makers, build consensus, and sell to the C-suite
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to demonstrate software solutions both onsite and virtually
- A history of thriving in collaborative, entrepreneurial environments — working cross-functionally with product, professional services, support, finance, and other teams
- Excellent listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication ability
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain high levels of output while demonstrating process and administrative excellence
- Familiarity with European banking regulations and governance
- Ability to travel 30–50% of the time
- Fluency in English; additional language fluency is a plus, including Spanish, German, and/or French
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and performance
