The Field Marketing Specialist will play an important role in supporting the execution of segment marketing programs to generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and drive revenue growth for nCino. This role works closely with Sales, Partners and Marketing teams to execute localized campaigns and events aligned with nCino's global brand and messaging while developing business line understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Execute regional field marketing programs, including events, webinars, digital advertising, email campaigns, and direct mail to engage key prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with team on campaign coordination and provide market insights to enhance engagement strategies and develop localized campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt corporate messaging, campaigns, and assets for regional relevance.
  • Coordinate field-level events, including sponsorships, trade shows, and executive programs with Global Events Team.
  • Report campaign performance metrics Learn to analyze data to evaluate effectiveness and identify recommendations on areas for improvement by market segment.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing and other internal teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and provide insights on marketing program performance.
  • Conduct research efforts of field marketing best practices, industry trends, and competitive activity to support strategy development.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense) to enhance campaign execution and optimize business operation.
  • Manage campaign performance tracking and provide data-driven insights on marketing program activities and successes to ensure alignment with sales goal.

Minimum Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and 2+ years of professional related experience
  • Experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and analyzing marketing program performance.
  • Ability to independently localize marketing content for campaigns based on market segment requirements
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, results-oriented attitude.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of the financial services or banking industry
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, 6sense, and Marketo.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with sales, partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Experience with digital advertising across LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms
  • Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for marketing programs
  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include white papers, case studies, webinars, digital advertising, and social media
  • Ability to be analytical with strong technical acumen leveraging multiple sources (6sense, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
