The Associate Director of Regional Marketing leads nCino's field marketing, events, and lead conversion programs for their assigned region, managing a team of marketing managers and/or senior professionals across demand capture, account-based marketing, and event execution functions. This leader owns the strategic execution of conference portfolios, MQL conversion strategies, and pipeline acceleration programs tailored to their regional market while ensuring seamless integration with global demand generation initiatives. This role drives operational excellence and measurable pipeline contribution through data-driven field marketing programs. The Associate Director serves as the voice of their assigned market within the global marketing organization, balancing regional needs with corporate objectives to maximize ROI and revenue impact.
Essential Functions
The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The Base Salary Range For This Job Is
$121,900.00 - $213,300.00

Essential Functions
- Lead, mentor, and develop marketing managers and/or senior professionals across field marketing, events, and demand capture functions, building high-performing teams through strategic coaching, performance management, and talent development initiatives
- Own the strategic execution of nCino's regional conference and events portfolio for assigned region, including corporate-hosted events and third-party conferences, ensuring alignment with global objectives while maximizing ROI, attendee engagement, and pipeline generation
- Drive regional marketing strategies for assigned region including MQL conversion, targeted nurture campaigns, account-based marketing programs, and business development execution that accelerate qualified leads through the sales pipeline
- Partner with the Director of Performance Marketing to ensure seamless handoffs from demand generation to regionally focused conversion programs, establishing clear KPIs, attribution models, and operational processes for pipeline stages
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and Product Marketing to implement our Global Market Strategy and Product Market go-to-market directives to design and implement field marketing strategies tailored to regional market segments, ensuring messaging and tactics resonate with each audience's unique needs and buying behaviors
- Work alongside Regional Marketing peers to share strategies, assets, and best practices while architecting marketing programs tailored to assigned region's market segments
- Own budget planning and resource allocation across regional marketing functions, demonstrating financial accountability while optimizing spend efficiency, ROI, and pipeline contribution
- Establish operational excellence through standardized processes, role frameworks, and project management discipline across field marketing, events, and conversion programs while ensuring compliance with regional privacy regulations
- Leverage marketing automation, CRM analytics, and attribution modeling to measure program performance, provide data-driven insights to leadership, and continuously refine regional strategies based on conversion metrics
- Drive innovation in event formats and field marketing tactics, incorporating emerging technologies, virtual/hybrid experiences, and creative engagement strategies that differentiate nCino in the competitive financial services market
- Champion nCino's culture of customer-centricity and inclusion within the marketing team, promoting team wellness, authentic communication, and recognition while advancing our company objectives
- Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of related professional experience and 3+ years of management experience
- Proven leadership experience managing marketing managers and/or senior professionals with demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and drive team performance in field marketing or regional marketing environments
- Deep expertise in B2B SaaS field marketing including events management, account-based marketing, lead conversion strategies, and sales enablement program design with ability to execute strategies that deliver measurable pipeline results
- Strong operational and financial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets, resource allocation, and demonstrating ROI on regional marketing investments
- Advanced proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance and pipeline contribution
- Excellent communication and executive presence with ability to influence and partner effectively with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams to execute integrated go-to-market strategies
- Experience in Software/FinTech Industry
