Lead digital transformation for financial institutions by implementing nCino's Document Manager solution and supporting banking platform deployments. You'll serve as both strategic advisor and hands-on project manager, partnering with banks to eliminate paper-based processes and create centralized virtual filing systems. Working directly with bank executives and operational teams, you'll manage complex Document Manager implementations that transform how institutions handle loan documentation, compliance tracking, and audit requirements. This role combines deep banking expertise with agile project delivery, requiring you to lead cross-functional teams while ensuring institutions achieve measurable results through streamlined document workflows and reduced compliance risk. You'll be the primary escalation point for program challenges while driving adoption of solutions that eliminate duplicative paper files and enable seamless document sharing across lending and other banking operations.
Responsibilities
The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The Base Salary Range For This Job Is
$73,700.00 - $121,600.00

Responsibilities
- Deliver implementation projects that drive adoption and time-to-value by managing risks, actions, issues, decisions and dependencies across the project to ensure that milestones are met on time and on budget
- Ensures that resources are qualified and available to complete the scope of the project including prioritization of tasks, skillsets are fit for the needs of the project and the budget is aligned with the scope of the deliverables.
- Act as the primary escalation point for program-related issues and concerns, swiftly addressing challenges to maintain project momentum and ensure customer satisfaction. Implement effective problem-solving strategies to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts.
- Provide comprehensive project status updates and risk assessments to peers and senior management, delivering clear, actionable insights that facilitate informed decision-making. Ensure transparent and consistent communication between all project stakeholders.
- Exhibit advanced skills in managing nCino project plans and tooling, including detailed task management, resource coordination, and milestone achievement. Ensure all project activities are aligned with strategic objectives and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Apply a thorough understanding of agile principles and nCino project methodology to ensure adherence to best practices. Lead the implementation of efficient and effective processes that drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement while contributing to the refinement of internal processes and tools
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in project management or a related field.
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills with ability to adapt based on audience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to influence and drive decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Salesforce experience
- nCino experience (as an end user or nCino implementation)
- PMP/PMI certification preferred
- Position may require travel
- Previous project management experience
- Background in multiple lines of business in banking
- Familiarity with agile software delivery practices and concepts
