The Principal Partner Marketing Manager will lead strategic co-marketing initiatives and partnership development with nCino's ecosystem of System Integrators, Technical Partners, OEM partners and strategic alliances across North America. Reporting to the Senior, Manager of North America Field and Partner Marketing, this senior role focuses on developing comprehensive partner marketing strategies that drive significant pipeline growth, accelerate revenue generation, and establish nCino as the preferred technology partner in the financial services ecosystem.

This position requires exceptional strategic thinking, partnership management expertise, and proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives while owning end-to-end execution and managing complex partner relationships to deliver measurable business outcomes and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies with strategic System Integrators, Technical Partners, OEM Partners and alliance partners, ensuring alignment with nCino's business objectives and partner growth targets
  • Lead the planning and execution of partner marketing programs, including joint events, webinars, digital advertising campaigns, content marketing initiatives, and integrated lead generation programs
  • Advise and influence Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams on target accounts, market trends, and partnership strategies to enhance engagement and drive pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with partners to create compelling joint value propositions, comprehensive case studies, white papers, and marketing collateral that demonstrate integrated solution benefits and competitive differentiation
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Global Partner Channels, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Events to ensure seamless partner marketing execution and strategic alignment
  • Act as a key liaison between partner marketing and senior stakeholders, delivering regular strategic updates on campaign performance, partnership initiatives, and market feedback to inform executive decision-making
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner marketing performance metrics, providing detailed analysis on pipeline contribution, lead quality, program ROI, and partnership health to senior leadership
  • Leverage AI tools and advanced analytics to enhance work efficiency, optimize partner marketing operations, and utilize data-driven insights to refine decision-making and boost team productivity
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with partner marketing counterparts, establishing clear communication processes, program governance, and mutual success metrics
  • Lead research efforts on partner marketing best practices, industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging partnership opportunities, presenting strategic recommendations for market expansion
  • Support partner enablement initiatives by creating comprehensive marketing resources and training materials that help partners effectively position and sell nCino solutions
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing teams to integrate partner activities into regional marketing strategies, account-based marketing initiatives, and segment-specific campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with 4+ years focused on partner marketing, channel marketing, or strategic alliance management
  • Proven track record developing and executing sophisticated co-marketing programs with technology partners, system integrators, or strategic alliances in enterprise software environments
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent complex partner programs, budgets, and deadlines
  • Data-driven mindset with extensive experience analyzing campaign performance, partnership metrics, and optimizing strategies based on results
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills for managing senior-level external partner relationships and internal stakeholder management

Desired

  • Financial services, fintech, banking, or enterprise software industry experience
  • Extensive experience working with System Integrators (SI), Technical Partners, and strategic alliances in B2B technology environments
  • Deep knowledge of partner channel dynamics, co-selling strategies, and complex partnership structures
  • Experience leading teams or mentoring junior marketing professionals in partner marketing best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with technical acumen leveraging multiple data sources (6sense, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) for partnership insights

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The Base Salary Range For This Job Is

$95,600.00 - $162,500.00
