    We have a brand new role in Manchester responsible for managing the post sale customer relationship through onboarding. You will be managing the successful adoption of our cloud based job management software and creating a positive transition for our customer. This predominantly phone based role involves working closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless experience through the onboarding phase. Gaining insight into each customers business you will provide tailored expertise to set up the configuration of our software and deliver end user training including hosting weekly training webinars.

  • Experience and background in SaaS customer success
  • Afinity for Tradespeople!
  • An ability to develop excellent short-term customer relationships, primarily through telephone or online video conversations
  • Knowledge of Workflow systems, SaaS, Cloud based software and a thorough understanding of the market place an advantage
