Life at Elvie; Meaningful Work, Exceptional People

We're Elvie. We create smart technology products, new solutions for women’s health issues, and a fair few taboo-busting conversations while we’re at it. Founded by Tania Boler in 2013, we develop extraordinary innovations with a mission to empower women through radical female-first technology.

You’ll be surrounded by people who want to improve everything and everyone around them. People who are driven to solve problems and challenge assumptions to get to something new and extraordinary - which will improve the health and wellbeing of women.

We nurture a culture that is as progressive as our mission. We live by four Elvie Tenets which encourage people to show up in the right way, every day.

  • We bust the norms: we always start with ‘why’. We are problem solvers and unbridled thinkers.
  • We’re straight up: we communicate honestly, clearly and directly. We are transparent with ourselves and others, even when it’s not easy.
  • We’re relentlessly curious: we're not just open-minded towards each other, but also to new ideas. We value building broad, diverse and inclusive teams.
  • We’re united by purpose: just like an Elvie product, we are greater than the sum of our parts. We share one mission and help each other to achieve it.

In some regions our amazing products are considered to be medical devices. This means we maintain our Medical Device quality management system in compliance with ISO 13485:2016, to support the development of our groundbreaking products.

About the role:

Okay, we’ve waffled long enough. Let’s get to the good bit. You.

We are looking for an experienced, analytical, commercially savvy Marketing Manager to support Elvie’s continued growth in ROW region. This role will be focusing on Germany and Austria.

Reporting to and working closely with the Commercial Marketing Lead, you will build efficient marketing plans to maximise sales through brand marketing campaigns, and retail channels which are true to the Elvie brand and its values whilst focusing on selling products to meet challenging commercial targets.

You'll have experience delivering both disruptive brand building and product focused campaigns across the full channel mix. You'll work closely with direct retail accounts and distribution partners to plan and execute successful marketing strategies to support Elvie market expansion and sales growth. These initiatives include all online marketing activity, partnerships, point-of-sale and in store retail marketing across all channels.

A strategic planner, you are great at leading campaigns from idea to execution and working cross-functionally to ensure consistency across all consumer touch points.

You are a natural communicator, who thrives building strategic relationships with partners and agencies.

It's important that you have a great work ethic, a down to earth manner and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Elvie is a fast paced scale up with big ambitions and we constantly strive to be passionate, smart, creative and disruptive. You will need to be confident working at a fast pace, across a wide array of projects, love a challenge and be comfortable utilising the support of the team.

This role involves working closely on a day-to-day basis with the wider International Commercial team, reporting into the Commercial Marketing Lead, and supporting the Key Account Manager in the region to drive commercial opportunities, marketing campaigns, NPD launches and expansions.

Location: Hybrid working; a mix of working from our London or Bristol office & working remotely

Employment type: 12 month FTC (please note, you must have the right to work in the UK)
