About the role:
You will be joining the operations team, working closely with commercial, product and finance teams to ensure our global Amazon orders are fulfilled for our Amazon FBA partnership. With regular Amazon store expansions globally and exciting product launches coming soon, there’s never a dull day managing our Amazon Fulfilment Operations.
In this role, you will be the champion of Elvie’s Amazon movements, which is one of Elvie’s key sales channels, giving you the opportunity to own a key performing channel for the business. We will look to you to ensure smooth delivery of all Amazon orders on time and well as ensuring our systems are kept up to date.
Location: Hybrid working; a mix of working from our London OR Bristol office & working remotely
Employment type: Permanent (please note, you must have the right to work in the UK)
What you’ll be doing at Elvie:
- Manage all of Elvie’s Amazon stock movement orders from start to finish, delivering on time, in full, meeting key account compliance and delivery requirements
- Regularly communicate with our US warehouse to monitor and address order exceptions and general queries quickly rectifying any issues
- Reviewing Amazon inventory accuracy to ensure alignment between systems, working with Finance to record accurate stock levels
- Monitor internal systems to ensure Amazon movements are accurately recorded
- Raise and manage Amazon delivery issue cases to resolve stock discrepancies and support our Amazon account managers
- Collaborate with IT and external system stakeholders to fix integration issues between our systems and Amazon’s
- Use and understand several different Warehouse Management Systems and the Amazon Seller Central Portal
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures to accurately record current processes
- Produce key account and order reports to assist the team improve our service solutions an processes
What we are looking for:
- Experience working in a service delivery is a must
- Previous Amazon FBA experience is preferred
- An understanding of the ordering cycle, ideally in a warehousing/ fulfilment setting
- Previous experience of working with the sale and distribution of physical goods is desirable
- Previous experience of building relationships with external stakeholders ideal
- Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken English
- The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team
- Intermediate skillset within Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas/ v lookups)
- An ability to understand and interpret datasets in Excel, and work with other related internal
- systems
- A passion for service delivery and incredible attention to detail
- An interest in women, health and the impact and user requirements of our innovative products

- 30-minute video call with one of our recruiters
- 30-45 minute video call with the hiring manager
- 30 minute video interview with the team (some positions may require you to complete a task/presentation)
- For some positions, there may be an additional interview with one of our senior leadership team
