The impact you will have:

As our first Talent Partner and People team member in Singapore you’ll have the opportunity to create high impact. We have ambitious plans for continued growth and this role is pivotal to helping us scale strategically.

You’ll take ownership of hiring across a range of client groups but should expect to have the greatest impact in customer success and sales. You’ll play a key role in shaping our talent attraction and delivery in APAC, building brand and talent pipelines.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging exceptional talent, shaping an compelling candidate experience, and playing a critical role in ensuring we attract individuals who align with our mission and values.

This is an opportunity to influence how we hire, from improving sourcing strategies and market mapping, to designing inclusive, effective hiring processes that delight candidates and support growth goals. Data and insights will be your foundation.

What you will do:

  • Drive a full hiring lifecycle for critical hiring campaigns, from partnering with hiring managers to scoping a role through to making the offer. You’ll predominantly focus on sales and customer success roles.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to reach game-changing talent. You’ll use tools including Ashby and LinkedIn as well as your network and experience to build sustainable pipelines. This will be founded in high quality talent market mapping and data-driven insights.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions, define interview plans, and determine fair, effective assessment criteria.

  • Champion a first-class candidate experience by ensuring clear, timely communication and a structured, inclusive hiring process.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, working with internal teams to boost Elliptic’s visibility and attractiveness in the competitive APAC market as we build our brand recognition.

What you will achieve in the first 6 months:

  • Build strong, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders in Singapore and London across your client areas, becoming a go-to advisor on all talent-related matters for APAC.

  • Consistently meet or exceed key hiring KPIs, including time-to-fill, candidate quality metrics, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring manager satisfaction scores.

  • Build sustainable repeatable hiring campaigns which deliver efficient high-quality outcomes for high-priority roles, improving our ability to attract top-tier, diverse talent.

You will be a great fit here if you:

  • Have a track record of high performance in hiring for go to market teams in Singapore

  • Hold experience working in a full life cycle in-house recruiting role in a fast paced Fintech, Web3 or SaaS organisation.

  • Thrive on ownership. You’ll be the only people team member in the region and need to be comfortable with ambiguity, making decisions and partnering with key stakeholders

  • Hold yourself and others to high standards, using a data-driven and analytical approach to find creative solutions in tough hiring markets.

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates, communicating with empathy, clarity, and attention to detail.

  • Champion an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience and bring a genuine passion for equity and diversity in hiring.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience working in a full life cycle in-house recruiting role in a fast paced Fintech, Web3 or SaaS organisation with a track record of high performance year over year.

  • Innate curiosity for and experience of working with AI tools. Whether using products that deliver measurable process improvements and efficiencies or building automations and AI workflows to unlock you and your peers full potential.

  • A strong track record of sourcing talent at pace for hard to hire positions founded in data and talent intelligence.

  • A deep understanding of the APAC tech sales landscape with an accompanying network.

Bonus Points for:

  • Being an AI builder. You’ve gone beyond using standard tools and GPTs and have tested yourself and recruiting processes with your own tools

  • A deep understanding of Ashby

  • Having experience of working on high impact roles in other functions outside of sales
