Key Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
You’ll be working closely with our Head of Education Product Development. While no two days tend to look the same, here’s a (non-exhaustive) list, to give you a feel for the range of activities this role may encompass:
- End to end learning design and build - building a compelling narrative and nailing the ‘so what?’ for learners and training managers
- Taking a multi-channel approach - face to face, live online or on-demand content creation
- Refreshing, enhancing, and evolving current Elliptic Learn products
- Creating learning materials ranging from engaging ‘knowledge delivery’ to immersive scenario-based practical exercises
- Developing product-based learning, to support and certify our blockchain analytics tools users
- Helping develop role-specific learning journeys and activities, across traditional finance, crypto-native, and government segments
- Helping source, test, and deploy new technologies, to enhance our learner experience
- Working with industry leading subject matter experts
- Having contact with customers and learners, supporting their learning experience
- Collaborating on content-marketing projects
- Owning the day-to-day running of the Elliptic Learning Management System (LMS)
- Finding new ideas and opportunities to enhance our overall Elliptic Learn proposition
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
The ideal person we’re looking for has the following experience:
- B2B and B2C learning creation
- Development and deployment across multiple delivery channels
- Collaborating with a broad range of teams and experts
- Engaging directly with clients
- Managing an LMS and the learner experience
- Relevant experience and subject matter knowledge in compliance/financial crime, crypto, or both
Bonus points if….
- You’ve worked with global audiences and recognise the nuances therein
- You’ve worked with both private sector and government clients before, particularly in creating and deploying financial crime and/or product training
- You’re experienced with LearnWorlds LMS
- You’re experienced in Articulate 360
- You’ve got experience of sourcing/curating content
- You’re already immersed in crypto, crypto compliance, and/or blockchain analytics

- Able to boil complexity down to make it useful and engaging (learning should be enjoyable after all, right?)
- Thrives when working as part of a friendly, proactive team
- Collaborative at heart, but very happy flying solo too
- Comfortable being ‘front of house’ with clients when necessary (with support)
- OK to roll your sleeves up and dive in to whatever needs doing
- Accepting that what you planned to do one day, you may end up not doing, because something more important came up
