The Role
We’re looking for a purpose-driven and action-oriented Sustainability Lead to drive sustainability at Depop - embedding circular principles across our operations, storytelling, and decision-making.
As part of Etsy’s central Impact team, you’ll bring consistency, rigor, and accountability to how we scale our environmental impact - while tailoring your approach to the unique culture and business needs of Depop. You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders in Product, Marketing, Legal, Workplace, and Internal Ops to ensure our circular mission is reflected in how we operate every day.
This is a unique role for someone passionate about enabling both vision and execution - translating group-wide ESG standards into local impact, and helping a circular fashion marketplace lead with integrity.

Partner with the Internal Ops and Workplace teams to inform sustainable workplace and supplier practices

Extensive experience in corporate sustainability, ESG, or circular economy (experience within fashion, resale, or tech is a plus)
