About the role
We’re looking for a data-driven and systems-savvy Revenue Operations Associate to support our growing commercial function. This role sits at the heart of Definely’s go-to-market engine, ensuring we operate efficiently, leverage insights effectively, and scale with excellence.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and the wider business to optimise processes, improve data quality, and empower teams with the tools and insights they need to hit targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What you’ll do:
Champion the effective use of HubSpot across the commercial function building dashboards, managing workflows, maintaining data hygiene, and driving CRM adoption.
Analyse commercial data to uncover insights, spot trends, and support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain forecasting models and support quarterly/annual target-setting in line with business goals.
Identify and lead process improvements that streamline our go-to-market operations and reduce friction in the customer journey.
Support onboarding and training for revenue teams on tools, data usage, and reporting best practices.
Work cross-functionally to execute projects that support Revenue Operations strategy, such as territory planning, segmentation, or performance reporting.
Own the evaluation and implementation of new tools that enhance automation, insight generation, and operational efficiency.
What you’ll bring:
2+ years of experience in Revenue/Commercial Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, Business Analysis, Consulting, or a similar analytical role.
Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for manipulating and analysing data.
Comfortable working with CRM systems (especially HubSpot) and other go-to-market tools (e.g. Gong, Zapier, Notion etc.).
Proficiency in AI tooling and a wider interest in the industry.
A structured thinker who can break down problems, analyse data, and present clear recommendations.
Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and drive them to completion.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
Strong collaboration skills — you can work well across different teams and seniority levels.
We’ll be lucky if you have:
Experience working in a SaaS, legal tech, or other high-growth B2B environment.
Familiarity with modern RevOps/MarTech tools (e.g. HubSpot, Notion, Zapier etc.).
Knowledge of sales and marketing funnel metrics and reporting.
