The role
We're looking for a creative content marketer with experience creating and executing a content strategy that aligns with wider business goals. You'll be comfortable working in a small marketing team and be able to produce high quality content in various formats that helps position Definely as thought leaders and drives inbound leads.
The Content Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in the company's growth, with a vision to put content at the centre of everything the marketing team does. You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing, and your responsibilites will include:
Content Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and target audience.
Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality and compelling content (long and short form written, visual and video content) across various formats, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, ebooks, infographics and more.
- Ensure all content is well-researched, relevant, and aligned with our brand messaging.
- Work with Sales and CS to create both video and written testimonials and case studies.
- Create thought leadership content to position us as LegalTech experts.
SEO Optimisation:
- Work with an SEO agency to implement SEO best practices to optimise content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
Social Media:
- Manage social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across all platforms.
- Work with the marketing team to execute this and create a community engagement strategy.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilise analytics tools to track the performance of content initiatives and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.
Email marketing
- Newsletter and lead-nurturing content creation.
Brand Consistency:
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all content channels.
About you
- You have 4-6 years of B2B content marketing experience.
- Creative and full of ideas.
- Experience creating and executing a content strategy.
- A curiosity to learn about lawyers, law firms and LegalTech - and the way they all work.
- Internal stakeholder management skills - working with multiple teams to create content on schedule.
- You possess impeccable copywriting skills.
- Experience producing high-quality short and long video form video content.
- Comfortable with the Adobe Suite and Figma (bonus points for Premiere Pro expertise).
- Legal or LegalTech experience is a big plus!
