The Role
The Senior Manager, IT is responsible for overseeing all aspects of infrastructure and operations related to technology delivery within the CoMind group of companies working with both in-house and outsourced partners (MSPs). This includes on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure and SaaS solutions, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of IT services, and providing end-user support.
Responsibilities:
Oversee end-user service delivery, manage training, and ensure smooth employee onboarding and offboarding
Align with Enterprise Architecture to make informed hosting decisions and develop company-wide IT standards and procedures
Develop, deploy, and improve IT operations processes, collaborating with the business and service providers
Ensure comprehensive documentation of infrastructure system configurations and operating procedures
Manage relationships with MSPs, hardware and software vendors, and other critical suppliers
Develop and maintain IT policies, support the DPO in data protection and GDPR compliance
Establish, monitor, and analyse performance metrics to ensure business and customer needs are met
Define, develop, and manage a comprehensive ITSM landscape based on industry best practices
Evaluate work processes, build strong partnerships with stakeholders, and ensure transparent communication

Support regulatory compliance and develop a sourcing strategy to manage vendor relationships.
Skills & Experience:
7+ years of IT management experience
4+ years of leadership responsibility managing high-performing groups and teams
Experience in implementing Infrastructure-As-A-Service cloud hosting solutions and vendor management
Demonstrated knowledge of ITSM principles including relevant methodologies, tools, and overall framework
Demonstrated record of budget and cost management experience
Microsoft 365 experience
Outsourced Service Desk Management experience
