CB4, part of the world-leading retail Gap Inc., is looking for a Finance & HR Administrator to join our HR team!

This is a hands-on role combining financial administration, office operations, and HR support. You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and our finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

At CB4, we work in an hybrid model!

What you’ll do:

  • Manage financial administration: invoices, payments, and payroll preparation
  • Manage office operations, suppliers, and daily logistics
  • Support HR activities including welfare, team events, and onboarding processes

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Finance/Office Administration (Hi-tech advantage)
  • Familiarity with insurance and employee benefits processes- advantage.
  • Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills
  • Strong English (written & verbal)
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, self-directed, and quick learner
  • Process improvement mindset
