Job Summary:

• Location: Cazoo Customer Centre Lakeside, Lakeside Retail Park, RM20 3WE.
• Salary: £33,197 per annum
• Working hours: 40 Hours a week, Monday - Sunday

Join the team at Cazoo, where we’re revolutionising how people buy cars. As a Senior Customer Centre Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience, from their first inquiry to driving off in their new car.

Your mission? Making sure every customer feels valued and well taken care of. Working alongside the Customer Centre Manager, you’ll lead from the front supporting our Customer Centre Specialists and Delivery Specialists in wowing our customers from the minute they walk through the centre doors or have a car delivered to their doorstep.

What does that involve? Well, you’ll be shaping team processes, welcoming customers, handling checks, and making sure they leave with a smile. Your problem-solving skills will be essential for smoothing out any bumps along the way.

Your leadership style will guide the team to meet high operational standards, and your eye for detail will ensure everything runs smoothly, ensuring customers drive away happy.
