Bondaval is building the decision layer for B2B financial risk

We combine proprietary technology, deep underwriting expertise and rated insurance capacity to help leading companies price, monitor and manage credit, counterparty and payment risk in real time. Our platform supports underwriting, exposure monitoring, policy administration and portfolio management across products including trade credit insurance, surety and non-payment guarantees.

Bondaval works with global clients, brokers and insurance partners across multiple markets, and is scaling rapidly as demand grows for faster, more intelligent and more data-driven financial risk solutions.

About the role:

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to build and lead Bondaval's marketing function through the next stage of growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine strategic positioning with execution. • Build a clear and differentiated market narrative around Bondaval's platform, technology and underwriting capability, and our role in redefining B2B financial risk.
  • Drive demand generation, pipeline creation and measurable commercial impact across priority markets.
  • Develop high-quality content, thought leadership and campaigns for credit, treasury, finance, insurance and risk audiences.
  • Partner with product and engineering on product marketing, launches and technical go-to-market.
  • Support international growth, including the UK, Europe and North America.
  • Build marketing infrastructure, including CRM, reporting and campaign operations.
  • Work closely with commercial, underwriting, product, leadership and founder teams to align messaging and market activity.
  • Strengthen Bondaval's brand with clients, brokers, capacity partners, investors and strategic partners.
  • Over time, build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Event planning, organisation and execution

Key attributes

  • Strong B2B marketing experience with technology or platform products, ideally in fintech, insurtech or enterprise technology.
  • Proven ability to turn complex products into clear, compelling positioning.
  • Experience building demand generation and pipeline in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to work closely with sales and leadership teams.
  • Comfortable with data, technology, automation and modern marketing tools.
  • Excellent written communication and content judgement.

  • Experience marketing to enterprise, financial services, insurance or risk-management buyers would be highly valuable.
