As a Lead Product Designer at Bondaval.com, you will be pivotal in shaping the future of our product suite. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of communicating complex design ideas in a clear and impactful manner, serving as a major influencer within the organization.

Requirements

• Expert Communicator: Articulate complex design concepts in an easy-to-understand way, tailoring communication styles to various stakeholders, and lead group discussions assertively and effectively.
• Expert Collaborator: Integrate the whole organization into the design process while being receptive to different perspectives. Lead design critiques, workshops, and sprints to foster a collaborative design culture.
• UX Group Workload Leader: Take charge of the UX and Design across multiple teams. Act as the primary contact and driver of design initiatives, ensuring that the focus is on the collective success of the organization.
• Community Builder: Elevate the design community within Bondaval.com by mentoring designers, organizing design events, and sharing expertise throughout the organization.

• Proven experience in leading design in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX design, UI principles, and design system development.
• Proficiency in creating high-fidelity prototypes and understanding of how to test these with real users.
• Exceptional skills in UI/UX design software and tools.
• Leadership experience with a record of teaching and community building.
