Product Manager II (Product Owner)
LexisNexis Risk Solutions
Are you a product professional who loves turning complex engineering problems into real customer outcomes? Do you want to shape the next generation of AI-powered fraud and identity products in a high-growth global team?

About our Business
LexisNexis Risk Solutions, a part of RELX, is a leading global provider of fraud, identity, and payment-risk analytics. We help customers increase productivity, improve decision-making, and protect their businesses and consumers. Our experts and innovative tools help us shape a safer, smarter world for our customers and communities.

About the Role
As a Product Manager II, you will act as the product owner for a scrum team building our ThreatMetrix fraud and identity platform. You will own and prioritise the team’s backlog, translate business needs into clear engineering requirements, and drive delivery across a focused part of our portfolio, with an emphasis on product initiatives, developer experience, and knowledge-base modernisation. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, with mentorship from a Principal Product Manager, this is a full-time role with flexibility to work from home. Success in this role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills: the ability to work across stakeholders with competing interests, build consensus, and iterate quickly while staying anchored to customer and business goals.

About the Product Management team
Our product and engineering teams sit at the heart of ThreatMetrix’s global platform. Product Managers partner closely with data scientists, engineers, and design to deliver API-first capabilities that integrate directly into customer decisioning and operational workflows. As product owner, you will be the key liaison between the business and the agile development team, setting direction and priorities across a global working environment.

Responsibilities
• Own and prioritise the scrum team’s backlog, translating requirements into well-defined epics, features, and user stories for engineering.
• Drive product initiatives from concept through delivery and post-launch adoption.
• Lead developer-experience work, including the build-out of a developer portal for the platform.
• Manage the migration of the product knowledge base to a new platform, including team training and customer rollout.
• Track post-launch performance and adoption, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Give clear direction on priorities to the delivery team and represent the product within cross-team agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate across global time zones, joining occasional calls outside standard hours as needed.

Requirements
Have a software engineering or technical background, with the ability to converse credibly with highly technical people

  • Have a solid understanding of the SDLC, agile environments, and working within scrum teams (no specific programming-language expertise required).
  • Have approximately 5 to 6 years of relevant product or technical experience (flexible for the right candidate).
  • Be a persistent, adaptable self-learner who takes initiative and seeks out information proactively.
  • Be able to exercise independent judgment, weighing conflicting inputs rather than simply deferring to senior opinion.
  • Be comfortable prioritising and giving direction within a globally distributed team
