About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer with integration expertise in the Salesforce Platform and Sales Cloud, along with strong knowledge of platform security, governance, and secure application development. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions that streamline sales processes, strengthen data protection, and enhance user productivity. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross functional technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce components using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs while adhering to Salesforce best practices.

  • Configure Salesforce metadata, automation, Flow Builder, Approval Processes, and multi-object data models to support business processes.

  • Design and implement secure integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver secure, scalable technical solutions.

  • Perform data migration, data loading, and maintain data integrity using tools such as Data Loader and Workbench.

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure timely feature delivery.

  • Manage Salesforce deployments through GitHub Actions-based CI/CD pipelines while ensuring platform security, governance, and secure application development practices.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 4+ years of full-stack application development experience, preferably in an Azure environment.

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and platform configuration.

  • Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and established integration patterns.

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including CRUD/FLS, sharing models, role hierarchy, Apex sharing, login/session security, Connected Apps, MFA, and other Salesforce security best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with Git-based source control and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments across sandbox and production environments.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint planning, backlog grooming, story estimation, and iterative software delivery.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with knowledge of API security and authentication standards such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, and external credentials.
