Responsibilities
- Proven track record at managing, retaining and growing the company’s top tier accounts and accountable/responsible for sales results.
- Establishes strong, long-term customer relationships across the organizations you will manage.
- Maintains relationships with key decision makers across several departments.
- Continuously learn in order to lead with insight, develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and customer value.
- Maintain high volume and high-quality customer engagement through phone, email, social media. And onsite visits and should be travelling to targeted clients each month.
- Collaborate with all business functions locally and globally.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a similar consultative sale position preferably license based subscription services.
- Curious about everything, passionate and excellent communicator willing to ask questions and challenge the status quo to provide better customer outcomes.
- A high level of entrepreneurial spirit energy, self-motivation, competitiveness, creative problem solver and a desire to positively impact the business.
- Excellent presentation skills and able to build relationships both external and internal.
- Experienced at working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com).
