About the Role

This role will be a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, bringing deep system and product knowledge to drive the adoption of solutions that empower our clients to leverage LNRS products at scale.

As a Senior Product Manager with the Product Management Team, you will support implementation, onboarding, success tracking, documentation, and the overall client adaptation of the LexisNexis Health Intelligence Platform.

Additionally, you contribute to the overall direction of LexisNexis Health Intelligence Platform— helping to organize, processize, and structure work delivery across teams, including product, design, and engineering. This role deeply focuses on communication and activation — empowering team members to discover, problem solve, and validate work before seeing it through the end-to-end Product<>Engineering process.

This is a multi-faceted role meant for a high-performing individual who, with minimal oversight, is looking to leverage their customer and business side skills in addition to technical systems know-how and to drive success.

Preferred candidate will be in Alpharetta, GA (hybrid, 3x)

About the Team

The Product Management Team consists of deeply passionate product professionals who strive to craft solutions that meet the market where they need to be, while also pushing innovative uses of new technologies and workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging regularly with internal and external customers to gain a deep understanding of their use cases, businesses, and competitive landscapes
  • Establish metrics and feedback loops to quantify the impact of platform initiatives. Utilizing internal feedback and usability testing to measure efficiency and time-to-market improvements for teams utilizing platform services
  • Evangelizing the Health Intelligence Platform for sales, internal customers, and external customers
  • Defining and articulating the Health Intelligence Platform strategy
  • Gathering a wide range of information from internal and external sources to drive commercially viable decisions for the product and organization
  • In consultation with our sales organization, drive bespoke strategies that best benefit our customers
  • Subject matter expert on the delivery mechanisms that exist within the Health Intelligence Platform
  • Collaboratively design, develop, and manage discreet product concepts as they move through our product innovation lifecycle
  • Bridge business goals, user needs, and scope feasibility as you help define, validate, and ship product work

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 6+ years of product management experience or a similar role
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical concepts, including APIs, database structures, and SaaS Platform Architecture
  • Demonstrate expertise in emerging technologies for data and analytics
  • Solid client-facing skills
  • Foster relationships through collaboration and teamwork
  • Demonstrate a results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals
  • Previous life insurance industry experience is a bonus, but not required
  • Previous experience with medical data is an additional bonus
&#xa;&#xa;U.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.&#xa;&#xa;&#xa;&#xa;This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.&#xa;&#xa;&#xa;&#xa;&#xa;&#xa;
