About the Role

We are looking for a Quantitative Analyst to join our team and support the analysis of European carbon markets. You will work closely with experienced market analysts and contribute to real, high-impact projects that support our carbon analytics platform and client insights.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and operate the supply models of the European carbon markets

• Monitor and update the auction calendar and results promptly

• Maintain compliance and transaction databases for the European carbon markets

• Develop data checks using Soda

• Develop data analysis, visualization, and analytical tools for our carbon analytics platform

• Support the creation of client-facing insights and dashboards

• Collaborate with analysts, developers, stakeholders and customers in an international environment

What You Bring:

• Programming experience is required, particularly in Python and SQL

• Ability to effectively leverage AI-assisted code generation tools

• Strong ability to handle, analyze, and visualize large datasets

• Strong interest in European carbon markets, financial markets and commodities

• Solid problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and curiosity

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Master’s degree in engineering with a focus on quantitative finance, data science, or a related field

• Motivated, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-moving market environment
