About the Team

The Technical Solutions Consulting team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions partners closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact, secure, and scalable implementations across multiple risk-focused industries. The team serves as a bridge between product innovation and customer success, supporting complex integrations while advancing best practices in financial crime compliance, data quality, and technical excellence. Collaboration, continuous learning, and mentorship are core to the team’s culture.

About the Role

The Senior Technical Solutions Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and optimization of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products across all delivery channels, including XML, web services, and hosted web applications. This role provides advanced third-level escalation support and technical consulting to help sustain and grow client-generated revenue. The consultant works directly with clients and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring smooth post-production transitions and exceptional client outcomes. As a subject matter expert, the role also includes mentoring junior consultants and contributing to departmental initiatives that enhance overall delivery effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical integration and consulting services directly to clients across financial services, collections, healthcare, government, law enforcement, and insurance verticals.

  • Apply deep technical expertise and Financial Crime Compliance knowledge to support client implementations and business processes.

  • Deliver installation, implementation, and configuration support using XML and JSON, maintaining accurate and current project plans throughout the engagement lifecycle.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly communication for audiences with varying technical proficiency.

  • Deliver advanced third-level support using tools and technologies including Excel, Power BI, C#, Python, and PowerShell.

  • Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting integration capabilities and value propositions of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure solutions align with client needs and product roadmaps.

  • Participate in and contribute to departmental initiatives aimed at improving team efficiency, processes, and productivity.

  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to remain current with products, technologies, and industry trends.

  • Mentor and support less experienced team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience: 5–9 years of relevant industry experience, including demonstrated exposure to Financial Crime Compliance.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in XML and JSON data formats

    • Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI

    • Programming experience with C#, Python, and PowerShell

    • Strong understanding of software development principles, database systems, and data transformation techniques

  • Client Service Orientation: Excellent focus on client success, using data quality concepts and tools to identify and resolve issues effectively.

  • Problem Solving & Judgment: Expert analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to diagnose complex business challenges and deliver practical solutions.

  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrated familiarity with LexisNexis products and a hands-on technical problem-solving background.

  • Communication & Presentation: Advanced ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Leadership & Teamwork: Proven ability to influence, motivate, and collaborate across teams, while constructively managing conflict and soliciting input.

  • Additional Requirements:

    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%

    • Proven interest in data science and analytics, leveraging this curiosity to enhance client solutions

    • Ability to integrate financial crime compliance best practices into secure, scalable technical implementations



U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

Base Pay Range for CO is $95,300 - $158,800. Base Pay Range for IL is $100,100 - $166,800. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $104,800 - $174,700. Base Pay Range for MD is $100,100 - $166,800. Base Pay Range for NY is $104,800 - $174,700. Base Pay Range for New York City is $114,300 - $190,500. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $95,300 - $158,800. Base Pay Range for OH is $90,500 - $150,900. Base Pay Range for NJ is $107,646- $171,954.


This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
