About the role:
As an Identity Data Analyst, you will use modern tools and technologies to support due diligence efforts, assist with data analysis, and contribute to reporting activities. You’ll work alongside customers, engineers, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong communication skills, along with a willingness to learn and grow technical expertise.
This is a full-time, onsite and in-person role in Herndon, VA where you will build knowledge in your area and support the team with your growing expertise. The position requires the ability to clearly communicate findings and insights to a variety of audiences, including teammates and clients.
Successful candidates must have documented experience working within multidisciplinary operational, analytical, or intelligence teams, preferably within law enforcement, military, or federal government environments.
This role may require periodic travel up to two weeks at a time, several times a year, with total travel expected to remain below 25%.
Responsibilities
1. Assisting with analyzing data to help identify trends, answer questions, and support decision-making.
2. Managing multiple tasks and adjusting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
3. Supporting the development and delivery of solutions that meet customer needs.
4. Learning about customer goals and challenges to help provide useful and effective support.
5. Working with team members across different departments to contribute to projects and team goals.
6. Using available data and guidance to make thoughtful, timely decisions.
7. Building familiarity with internal and external data sources to ensure accurate analysis.
8. Supporting teammates and leadership in maintaining positive relationships with customers and partners.
9. Assisting in building strong customer relationships by sharing helpful information and best practices.
10. Communicating clearly and professionally with team members and customers.
Requirements
1. U.S. citizenship is required.
2. Military or defense contractor experience preferred, but not required.
3. Active TS/SCI with CI poly is strongly preferred; candidates with an active TS will also be considered.
4. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
5. A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience supporting a government agency, either as a direct employee or as a contractor.
6. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, professional experience, and/or military service.
7. Proven ability to independently review, interpret, and comply with government contracts, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
8. Have a understanding of public records and what they consist of.
9. General understanding of personal, commercial, and/or Governmental data sources and their applications.
10. Basic knowledge of LexisNexis tools, platforms, and products (preferred).
11. Basic knowledge in data analysis tools and technologies to support analytical workflows and reporting.


U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,100 - $108,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
