About The Role:

As a Solutions Consultant, you will act as the go‑to technical and functional expert throughout the sales lifecycle. Partnering closely with Sales, Product Management, Professional Services, and Marketing, you will help translate customer needs into compelling, value‑driven solutions. You will support prospective and existing customers through product demonstrations, discovery sessions, proof‑of‑concepts, and formal RFP/RFI responses—positioning LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a strategic partner and innovation leader. Although based in Dubai, this role provides EMEA‑wide coverage and will require travel within the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales in qualifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations, remotely and in person

  • Manage RFPs, RFIs, and remote Proof of Concept (POC) engagements

  • Train and enable Sales teams on solutions and effective demonstrations

  • Coordinate handover of requirements between Sales and Professional Services

  • Assist with opportunity scoping to support accurate solution design and pricing

  • Monitor and share competitive and market insights internally

  • Maintain up‑to‑date product content and sales enablement materials

  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and update sales collateral: slide decks, proposals, websites, PPTs etc.

  • Support regional events and conferences with demonstrations and solution expertise

  • Conduct customer win/loss reviews and contribute to thought leadership content

  • Travel up to 30% to support regional field sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Experience in a pre‑sales, professional services, or sales support role, with a strong understanding of the full sales lifecycle

  • Background in a technology and/or data‑driven organization, with experience supporting solution implementation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong PowerPoint skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business‑focused terms

  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with strong initiative

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are preferred

  • Experience in the payments, fraud, or compliance industry is an advantage
