About the Team

The Financial Crime Compliance team develops innovative products for leading financial institutions globally. Our diverse group values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. Together, we strive to deliver excellence and support industry leaders.

About the Role

We invite applications from individuals with experience in product ownership or business analysis, and a passion for Agile practices. In this role, you will partner with software squads to manage the product backlog for our Transactions Screening Services development team. We value a variety of backgrounds and perspectives. Responsibilities

  • Contribute leadership and guidance to the software squad, supporting the development of new features that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support an agile product development team of 4–8 members, working together to deliver meaningful solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to understand customer needs and align business requirements.
  • Engage in discovery sessions with end users to gather comprehensive needs and insights.
  • Help prioritize the product backlog and write functional requirements as user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Work with Software and QA engineers to review user stories, identify technical solutions, assess risks, dependencies, and complexity.
  • Confirm user stories meet acceptance criteria in collaboration with the team.
  • Partner with technical writers to define content for user guides and manuals.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with recognized development methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFE).
  • Exposure to AI technologies is a plus, and applicable across all product areas.
  • Experience developing applications with a focus on user interface, user experience, and accessibility.
  • Ability to consider functional impacts in complex, multi-component platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and consistent approach to ensuring product quality.
  • Effective communication skills for facilitating business demos and trainings.
