Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and performance‑driven team environment
Act as an escalation point for complex deals and customer issues
Revenue growth & sales execution
Deliver growth and achieve sales targets across new business and existing accounts
Support the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through negotiation and close
Build and maintain a strong, well‑qualified pipeline
Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activity
Contribute to sales forecasting and performance reporting
Client & account management
Personally manage a small portfolio of strategic clients
Build trusted, long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders
Develop and execute account plans to maximise customer value and growth
Act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer needs to data‑driven solutions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Cross‑functional collaboration
Work closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Sales Operations and Customer Support
Provide customer insight to inform solution development and go‑to‑market strategy
Ensure a seamless customer experience across onboarding, delivery and ongoing support
Requirements:
Essential
Proven experience in B2B sales within complex, solution‑based environments
Demonstrated success managing and coaching sales teams
Strong track record of closing deals and growing strategic accounts
Consultative selling mindset with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Excellent opportunity, pipeline and forecast management skills
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with personal sales delivery
Desirable
Experience working with large enterprise customers or strategic partners
Exposure to data, information, or technology‑led solutions
Experience collaborating with product or go‑to‑market teams
What success looks like:
