About the Role

As a Java Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native microservices applications. the role will involve building and deploying scalable, resilient, and maintainable microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with other development team members to understand product requirements and translate them into software designs

• Developing and maintain cloud-native microservices applications using Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies

• Developing and maintain RESTful APIs for microservices communication.

• Implementing and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps

• Deploying and manage microservices on Azure cloud platforms, such as Azure Container Apps

• Troubleshooting and debug issues in complex microservices environments.

Requirements

• Have experience of Java Spring Boot and Azure

• Experience building and deploying microservices using Spring Boot framework

• Able to design and document RESTful APIs for microservices communication

• Able to create and manage Docker containers, Dockerfiles, and Docker Compose.

• Have working knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals, deployments, services, and configuration management

• Have great verbal and written communication skills and enjoy collaborating with teams to solve problems
