About The Role:

The Business Development Executive will acquire new customers as we continue to grow rapidly in Turkey. You'll be responsible for prospecting and growing revenue within a defined geographic market. The role will require close collaboration with the regional sales team to maximise revenue opportunities. Travel will be required to support customers and attend industry events.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new B2B clients across Turkiye.

  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, event participation, and other innovative approaches.

  • Manage and convert inbound leads within your assigned territory.

  • Lead consultative sales processes, including product demonstrations, presentations, and responses to tenders.

  • Clearly communicate the value proposition and use cases of the product portfolio.

  • Negotiate, draft, and finalize sales agreements.

  • Stay informed about market trends, regulatory updates, competitive landscape, and new product developments.

  • Maintain a healthy and up-to-date sales pipeline.

  • Accurately document client interactions, pipeline status, and forecasts using Salesforce CRM.

  • Leverage sales tools such as Salesforce, Lusha, and Gong to enhance productivity and insights.

Requirement:

  • Proficiency in both Turkish & English

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B business development.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.

  • A university degree is preferred; advanced or technical degrees are a plus.
