About the Role
We are looking for a Scrum Master to support our Agile delivery across cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will foster team performance, coach individuals and teams, and promote continuous improvement. This role is suited to individuals who value inclusivity, demonstrate empathy, and have strong facilitation and leadership capabilities. Responsibilities
Support one or more Agile teams to achieve high-quality delivery and continuous flow of value.
Guide teams and stakeholders in Agile concepts, frameworks, and collaborative behaviors in an accessible manner.
Help remove blockers and collaborate to maintain delivery momentum.
Encourage strategic improvements in engineering practices, planning, metrics, and teamwork.
Facilitate team ceremonies, workshops, and discussions, ensuring all voices are heard.
Promote psychological safety, inclusive leadership, and shared team ownership in daily work.
Use data and insights to help teams measure progress, quality, and morale.
Mentor and support less experienced Scrum Masters, contributing to our community of practice.
Requirements
Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks; ability to communicate and apply Agile practices to support team growth.
Interest in working collaboratively with engineers to streamline development and improve processes.
Demonstrates inclusive leadership and emotional intelligence, empowering teams to self-organize and adapt.
Skilled in facilitating workshops and forums, encouraging inclusive decision-making.
Ability to select and apply performance metrics for team improvement.
Experience or interest in planning, story mapping, and forecasting with teams.
Commitment to continuous improvement and addressing challenges through collaboration and data-driven coaching.
Ability to manage dependencies and stakeholders by articulating risks and solutions clearly and respectfully.
Proactive in identifying obstacles and applying Agile techniques to support project success.
Willingness to coach and mentor others, contributing to the growth of our teams and programs.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
Scrum Master certifications (such as CSM, PSM II/III) are welcomed but not mandatory.
Experience with scaled Agile environments (e.g., Scrum at Scale, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a plus.
Background in software engineering teams is beneficial but not required.
Exposure to data-centric, platform, or enterprise scale environments is appreciated.
