The Project Management team partners with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives that drive strategic outcomes. The team operates in a highly matrixed environment, supporting complex programs across multiple business verticals while promoting best practices in project governance, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple complex, cross-functional projects concurrently, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines, scope, and quality standards. This role requires deep expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and the ability to manage end-to-end project execution while navigating competing priorities, resource constraints, and evolving business needs.

The Senior Project Manager serves as a trusted partner to stakeholders and leadership, providing clear communication, strong governance, and proactive risk and issue management throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, with accountability for scope, schedule, quality, people, and process.

  • Manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business priorities and critical timelines.

  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures using project management tools and methodologies.

  • Apply expert knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Lifecycle processes, including Agile and Waterfall frameworks.

  • Identify, analyze, track, and monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes in accordance with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards.

  • Document and maintain project artifacts, including schedules, estimates, status reports, issue logs, and work plans, to effectively manage the project lifecycle.

  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and steering committee updates; provide clear, concise reporting to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Build and manage strong relationships across a highly matrixed organization, negotiating with resource managers to secure staffing and support project needs.

  • Maintain ownership and accountability for project schedules and delivery commitments.

  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, tools, and procedures, and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensure project execution aligns with Go-To-Market (GTM) and SOX guidelines, where applicable.

  • Provide subject matter expertise and share best practices related to project management tools, methodologies, and team leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, including execution of Agile projects.

  • PMI certification preferred.

  • Agile certification (e.g., DAD or SAFe) preferred.

  • Enterprise Change Management certification preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively across all levels of a highly matrixed organization.

  • Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments with frequent priority changes, aggressive timelines, and significant resource constraints.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and scope process improvement opportunities using financial, statistical, and logic-based analysis.



U.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
